Insurance & Fees
If I am in-network with your insurance plan, the amount you are responsible for (i.e., deductible, copayment, coinsurance, etc.) is detailed in your plan (please contact your insurance company to confirm your coverage). Payments are due at the time of service and can be made via cash, check, or credit card. If I am out of network with your plan, you have the option to pay out of pocket for your services and seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

FEES
Initial Intake: $250
Evaluation: length of time to complete testing, scoring, interpretation, and feedback, billed at a rate of $220/hour.
Therapy Sessions: $220 for a 55-minute therapy session
No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee: $100 (insurance does not cover fees for missed appointments)
