Insurance & Fees
If I am in-network with your plan, your insurance will be billed for your services, if you choose. You are responsible for any co-payments, etc. as detailed in your plan (please contact your insurance company to confirm your coverage). Co-payments are due at the time of service and can be made via cash, check, or credit card. If I am out of network with your plan, you have the option to pay out of pocket for your services and seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

FEES
Initial Intake: $225
Evaluation: length of time to complete testing, scoring, interpretation, and feedback, billed at a rate of $175/hour.
Therapy Sessions: $175 for a 55-minute therapy session and $155 for a 45-minute therapy session
No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee: $100 (insurance does not cover fees for missed appointments)
